NEW RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR 2009Coaches Please Read. 

1.  Coaches must have black-out dates in by March 1st for the 2009 spring season.  No exceptions will be taken after this date.

2.  (1) Spring League game may be re-scheduled for emergency purposes (cases where double headers are being played, it will only count as one game change).  A $100 administrative fee will be charged to make further schedule changes.

3.  The cutoff date for all leagues and tournaments at Baseball Heaven is May 1st. 

4.   Birth Certificates and current roster must be kept by manager at all times.  Periodic checks will be made by Baseball Heaven staff.  Any player deemed ineligible will result in a forfeit.

5.  A player may play for only (1) team per season in a given age group.  Once a player has participated in one game with a specific team that player is not eligible to switch teams.  A player is eligible to play on multiple teams as long as they are not in the same age division.

6.  A player may be added to the roster until the team plays their 8th regular season game.  Once the 8th game is complete all rosters are final.  A player who has played in less than 6 games is not eligible to play in playoffs with that team.


2009 Spring Leagues will be priced as follows:
9U-12U:  $2460 per team, minimum roster of 12 players ($205 per player) and a max of 15 players ( $164 per player).   

Rosters that include more than 15 players will be charged an additional $150 per player.  Roster limit is 20 players.

13U-16U:  $2820 per team, minimum roster of 12 players ($235 per player) and a max of 15 players ($188 per player). 

Rosters that include more than 15 players will be charged an additional $175 per player.  Roster limit is 20 players.

Umpire Fees:
9u - 1 Umpire $50.00
10u-12u - 2 Umpires $55/each
13u-16u - 2 Umpires $60/each
17u-18u - 2 Umpires $65/each
