Tournament Participation Requires:
Complete Registration Form
Complete Roster & Waiver Release Form - Baseball heaven will not be responsible  for injuries to players whose team has not submitted a signed waiver. All teams are required to submit a certificate of insurance naming Baseball heaven as additional insured. 


Deposits will be accepted in the amount of $250. This $250 reserves your spot in the tournament. Once the tournament is sold out we will request final payment. Final payment will need to be in by the date set by Baseball Heaven management or your spot will be opened for waiting list teams. Teams that do not respond in time will have the option to transfer their deposit to another Baseball Heaven tournament that still has open registration.


*Baseball Heaven reserves the right to use quality off-site locations. Teams will be asked to play no more than (2) games at an alternate site.


**Cancellation Policy: -Prior to 30 days from date of tournament : $50 Cancellation Fee
-30 days prior to 2 weeks prior to date of tournament : $250 Cancellation Fee
-Less than 30 days prior to date of tournament : NO refund



 
Guideline:
    • There is No Charge for admission
    • NO COOLERS OR OUTSIDE FOOD WILL BE PERMITTED INTO THE PARK
    • Artificial Turf Fields. Rubber Cleats Preferred
    • Teams MUST be available for all time slots posted
    • Teams MUST be at scheduled field a minimum of 45 minutes before posted game time
  • In case of rain: All rain out games may not be made depending on time constraints. In case of scheduling changes it is the teams responsibility, not the tournament committee, to make sure they are aware of the new schedule or any schedule changes. This information will be posted on the website when it becomes available. No special requests will be honored if rescheduling becomes necessary. All coaches should make sure they provide a phone number to the tournament director if the team does not have internet access. All tournament decisions will be made by the tournament director.
