  This year's event will be a Summer Heat Qualifier with the top 4 teams in each age group earning a bid to the Summer Heat World Series at Baseball Heaven

• Tournament Spot is secured upon receipt of full payment!  Registrations must be accompanied by a $500 Deposit
    

         Tournament Participation Requires:
 
               Complete Registration Form
               Complete Roster & Waiver Release form.  Baseball Heaven will not be responsible for injuries to players whose team has not submitted a signed waiver form.  All teams are required to submit a certificate of insurance naming Baseball Heaven as additional insured 

Cancellation Policy:

• Prior to 30 Days Notice - $50 Administration Fee
• Up to 2 Weeks Notice -  $250 Administration Fee
• Less than 2 Weeks Notice - NO REFUND 
  
  WAITING LIST TEAMS:  Credit Card refunds are subject to a $25 fee - there is no charge to transfer your deposit to another tournament.  To avoid a fee, please pay in full at the time of registration

Guidelines: 
    
       Rubber cleats mandatory 9u,10u,11u,12u,13u - rubber cleats recommended 14u,15u,16u,18u

• There is No Charge for admission.
  
• No Coolers or outside food will be permitted into the park.
  
• Artificial Turf Fields. Rubber Cleats preferred.
   
• Teams MUST be available for all time slots posted.
   
• Teams MUST be at scheduled field a minimum of 45 minutes before posted game time.
  
  In Case of rain: All rain out games  may not be made depending on time constraints. In case of scheduling changes it is the teams responsibility , not the tournament committee, to make sure they are aware of the new schedule or any schedule changes. This information will be posted on the website when it becomes available. No special requests will be honored if rescheduling becomes necessary. All coaches should make sure they provide a phone number to the tournament director if the team does not have internet access. All tournament decisions will be made by the tournament director .
